At FrostCF, we stand behind the quality of our microfiber products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, our Refund & Returns Policy is here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

    • In the original packaging.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at frostfiberr@gmail.com before sending the product back.


4. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please contact us first at frostfiberr@gmail.com for instructions.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used microfiber products

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Final sale items
